Fuses tuaj yeem siv rau AC thiab DC lub hom phiaj. AC hom fuses yog tsim thiab tsim raws li kev tiv thaiv cov yam ntxwv ntawm cov teeb pom kev zoo, cov hluav taws xob hloov hluav taws xob thiab cov twj tso kua mis ntawm cov khoom siv hluav taws xob ib txwm muaj. Lawv tsis muaj peev xwm txaus thiab kev nyab xeeb rau kev sib txuas DC luv luv tam sim no thiab lub zog arc, thiab pom tseeb tsis tuaj yeem ntsia thiab siv hauv DC system ntawm hluav taws xob tsheb. Ntawm qhov tod tes, lub roj teeb lithium, lub zog cia capacitor, lub cev muaj zog, hloov pauv thiab hluav taws xob tswj kab ntawm lub tsheb yog tag nrho cov tshuab DC, uas xav tau DC hom fuse rau luv luv Circuit Court tiv thaiv kom muaj kev nyab xeeb thiab txhim khu kev lag luam ib txwm muaj zog thiab luv luv - Circuit Court breaking effect.
Yam DC fuse twg yuav tsum tau siv rau lub tsheb fais fab?
Cov roj teeb lithium yog qhov tseem ceeb tshaj plaws thiab kim tshaj plaws rau cov roj teeb lithium, lub zog cia capacitor, lub cev muaj zog, converter thiab lwm yam khoom siv tseem ceeb ntawm lub tsheb fais fab. Tsis tas li ntawd, txoj hauv kev ntawm qhov siab -voltage cable hauv lub tsheb luv heev. Thaum muaj qhov cuam tshuam luv luv tshwm sim, qhov muaj zog surge tam sim no (txog 5-10KA lossis ntau dua) yuav raug tsim nyob rau hauv 1-2 milliseconds (ms). Qhov luv luv Circuit Court tam sim no yuav tsum raug txiav tawm kom zoo nyob rau lub sijhawm luv luv kom tshem tawm cov hluav taws xob puas tsuaj ntawm cov hluav taws xob hluav taws xob, Tsuas yog nyob rau hauv txoj kev no tuaj yeem ua rau tawg, tawg, hluav taws kub thiab hluav taws xob ntawm lithium roj teeb thiab cov khoom siv semiconductor uas tshwm sim los ntawm kev kub dhau sai yuav tiv thaiv tau zoo. DC fast fuse nrog aR semiconductor luv luv Circuit Court tiv thaiv yog pom tseeb tau zoo nrog kev tiv thaiv kev xav tau ntawm cov roj teeb traction, lub zog cia capacitor, lub cev muaj zog, cov khoom siv hluav taws xob thiab hluav taws xob tswj hluav taws xob mus rau qhov loj tshaj plaws vim nws qhov zoo xws li kev ua rhiab, instant fusing thiab tag nrho arc extinguishing. Nws yuav tsum yog qhov kev xaiv zoo tshaj plaws uas siv tau rau txhua lub tsheb hluav taws xob tam sim no.
