China Resources Microelectronics was reorganized from the acquisition of Huajing Group by China Resources Group in 2002. It is headquartered in Wuxi and has three 6-inch lines. Among them, the MEMS production line is the largest mass production line of MEMS sensors compatible with CMOS production lines in China. It has a leading position in China. Horizontal MEMS surface and bulk silicon processing technology for the manufacture of MEMS sensors for pressure, silicon microphones, optoelectronics, temperature and humidity, etc.
CR Micro's 3,000-piece/month capacity expansion of 8-inch MEMS has been completed and put into use. The optoelectronic and MEMS microphone process platform has been upgraded from 6 inches to 8 inches, and mass production has been achieved, with excellent product performance and yield; overall, its MEMS process technology level and competitiveness have been improved.
